The Vijayam has full-fledged training kitchens and bakeries. The kitchens are planned by professional chefs considering all aspects of students and instructor accessibility along with the present professional hotel kitchens.

Vijayam has two fine-dine restaurants open for lunch on all working days and offers a contemporary classical menu with both Table d’hôte and  À la carte. Students prepare and serve the food using French and English food service styles in the formal dining room. A full fledged display bar has been provided to introduce the student to the basic principles of food and beverage service.

Bakery and Confectionery Laboratories are equipped according to the international standards keeping in mind the student needs for skill development. Special equipment has been provided for the students in order to attain desired results in the field of sugar confectionery and Couverture Confectionery.

Housekeeping department equipped with latest machines and tools, laundry machines and flower decorating section. For hands-on experience, House Keeping department is attached with a Model Guest Room for students practice.

Developed through the input of industry and academic experts, the front office department educates the student as per the demand of hospitality employers. The method of teaching followed here ensures that we bridge the gap between industry and academia.

Well equipped language lab with advanced interactive software helps the students to enhance their communication skills. A well equipped computer lab with necessary software to teach and train student in computing skills. Language lab for honing spoken English among other skills is an added benefit.

Well ventilated rooms along with facilities required for presentations always makes the student feel comfortable and helps to concentrate in gaining knowledge through the various sessions and one can find the same at VBHM.

The only college in the twin cities to have an in built exclusive AC seminar hall with a capacity of 200 seating and an option for LCD projectors. The banquet hall is planned in a manner where all the college gatherings, programmes, seminars can be held.

Reading is fun and also helps in gaining more knowledge when it becomes a habit. Students are exposed to books, magazines, newspapers to keep them updated in everyday life. The library here is updated with all the respective journals and books related to tourism, hotel and hospitality areas.
